The 1st semi-annual assessment has been mailed and is due March 1st. There are three options to pay your assessments :
Payments will NOT be accepted at the HOA Office or in the drop box outside the office. Please do not staple your check to the invoice. Please do not postdate your check. I have a question regarding your assessment, please contact the financial office at 512-451-9901.
Located on the back of your statement is your Annual Meeting notice which includes several options to cast your vote. Electronic voting is back again this year and is now available. You will need your “Unique Code” which can be found on your assessment statement or by calling the Financial office at 512-451-9901. You can still return the 2021 Board of Directors Election Absentee Ballot and Proxy at the bottom of the notice by mail with your payment.
