After a careful review of the current HOA budget, upcoming necessary capital-intensive projects, along with consideration of the unexpected expense of more than $400,000 for this past winter storm’s damage, the Board has voted to increase 2024 dues by 15%, raising the annual cap from $814 to $934. This increase will better position the community to make necessary upgrades this year to the aging infrastructure of the landscape irrigation system and the pools – notably the swim center pool – that will provide cost savings in the long run and prevent potential disruptions to pool access during the swim season.
