Share Your Thoughts on the Street Changes

Following the installation of bikeways, pedestrian crossings and sidewalks serving our neighborhood, the City of Austin is interested in your feedback.
|
As a member of the Circle C North community, you're invited to share your thoughts by filling out a survey available on the project's evaluation page. Feedback is welcome through March 4, 2025, and a final report will be shared in mid-March. To sign up to receive the report and further project updates, please email mobilitybonds@austintexas.gov.

CCHOA Board Meeting
|
The February Board Meeting will be held, Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Community Center. You can also join via video conferencing by clicking here. The Agenda for the meeting can be found by clicking here or under the "Resource" tab. For past meetings, they can be found under the "Resource" tab.

The Board of Directors welcomes questions during the Homeowners Forum, questions can be submitted to the HOA Office by close of business on the Monday prior to the meeting and we will answer at the end of the meeting. Homeowners may sign up to speak at the Homeowners Forum at the start of the meeting by calling the HOA manager at 512-288-8663 or email info@circlecranch.info at least a week prior to the meeting. Members will be given 3-minutes to address the board and need to provide a written copy of their concerns. The Board will send a reply through the HOA Office after the meeting.

Circle C Seals Team News - 2025 Registration and Slots
|
The Circle C Seals Swim Team is excited to announce plans for the upcoming 2025 season! New family registration will be managed through the team's website, and resident families/swimmers interested in joining the team should visit the site at www.ccrseals.swimtopia.com.
|
The Circle C Seals are a non-profit, volunteer operated, summer league swim team here in the neighborhood. The season runs Late April - June. Swimmers ages 5-18 of ALL levels are invited to register during a first come, first served registration window that will open at 10am, Saturday, March 1st. Some important team notes:

- Age group sized are capped to ensure a safe swimmer-to-coach ratio at all practices/meets and to comply with pool capacity guidelines.
- Because of the number of returning swimmers, some age groups will only have a few available slots. Please set expectations accordingly (and be at your computer at 9:57am on March 1st).
- Registration for new swimmers is for the individual swimmer and not for the family. For example, if you have two children, and there only space in one of their age groups, the other child cannot register this season, but will be able to next season as a sibling of a returning swimmer.
- We do have a managed waiting list, so please be sure to add your swimmers to this list if your age group is full.
- Swimmers must be 5 by May 1, 2025, and registration is for Circle C Residents only.

Accepted registrants will be expected to try out on Sunday, March 30 (a detailed email will follow registrations with time and location). New swimmers will need to swim across the pool one time (25 yards) without help and without touching the lane line or the bottom/side of the pool to join the team. Parents also must meet a minimum number of volunteer shifts at our team meets to remain in good standing.

Annual Meeting and Board Election
The Circle C Homeowners Association will hold its Annual Meeting and Board Elections on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Community Center (7817 La Crosse Ave) and also via Zoom. To join via Zoom, click here. We encourage you to attend the Annual Meeting. There are three ways to cast your vote/ballot in the board election.

- Cast your vote through the voting website. You will need your "Unique" voting code which is located on the front page of your 2025 semi-annual statement. If you have misplaced your statement, please contact the financial office at 512-451-9901 for your "Unique" voting code.
- Return your paper ballot which is located on the back of your 2025 semi-annual statement.
- Vote in person at the meeting.
The association's Annual Meeting is the best opportunity for you to learn about this year's events and get caught up on everything happening in your community. Here are a few agenda items and meeting activities you won't want to miss:

- Meet your board members and HOA staff.
- Get an update on all current and future scheduled projects.
- Review the approved budget, and hear the association's treasurer explain how your assessments are being used and the reserves are being invested.
|

Irrigation Leak in Circle C? Please Report It!
|
If you notice an irrigation leak or a sprinkler head off in a common area and/or water in the street, please report it directly to the CCHOA office at 512-288-8663 or info@circlecranch.info. Please do not turn off the water or attempt to repair it yourself. This can cause additional damage to the irrigation system. When reporting an irrigation leak, please provide as much information on the location and cross streets. Thank you for your cooperation.
