Electronic Billing available

We are excited to announce that electronic billing will be available for the 2nd Semi Annual Assessment billing. For those that we have good email addresses for, you will receive your 2nd Semi Annual Assessment bill in your email. If you would like the invoices to go to another email or to opt in to receive you Assessment Statements by USPS mail, please click here. Bills will be emailed from info-circlecranch.info@shared1.ccsend.com. Please add this email address to your address book so that your statement does not end in your spam folder. CCHOA Board Meeting
|
The June Board Meeting will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Community Center. You can also join via video conferencing by clicking here. The Board of Directors welcomes questions during the Homeowners Forum, questions can be submitted to the HOA Office by close of business on the Monday prior to the meeting by calling the HOA manager at 512-288-8663 or email info@circlecranch.info at least a week prior to the meeting. Members will be given 3-minutes to address the board and need to provide a written copy of their concerns. The Board will send a reply through the HOA Office after the meeting.

City of Austin Stage 2 Drought Water Use Restrictions
- Hose-end Sprinklers - one day per week - midnight to 10am and/or 7pm to midnight
- Even addresses - Sunday
- Off addresses - Saturday
- Automatic Irrigation - one day per week - midnight to 5am and/or 7pm to midnight
- Even addresses - Thursday
- Odd addresses - Wednesday
Southwest Water Customers (southern part of Avana)

For Southwest water customers, on the last water bill, it had Stage 3 drought restrictions. Over the weekend, an update was emailed out to all Southwest water customers that they downgraded the areas to Stage 2 drought restrictions. Please refer to the mandated watering schedule they have in place.

Mail Thefts
|
We have received reports of mail being stolen out of the cluster boxes throughout Circle C. When possible pick-up mail daily, sign up for Informed Delivery to see what is coming to your mailbox. If you hare going to be out of town, put a Hold on your mail. If you have been a victim of mail theft, please reach out directly to the US Postal Inspection Services at 877-876-2455.

Pool Summer Hours!
Residents, make sure you are ready for the summer season by completing you Pool Tag Registration Form below if you haven't done so already.

Circle C Renters! Be sure to have your homeowner to resubmit the Amenities Release Form below to update your accounts expiration date. If you have moved within Circle C, you (the renter) will also need to fill out an updated Pool Tag Registration Form below.

There a lot of programs starting up at the Swim Center. If you or your family members need a replacement pool tag, don't wait until your programs starts! Replacement pool tags can be purchased for $3/tag during opening hours at the Swim Center. Come and get your replacement tags early to speed up check-in!

On-demand Bulk, Brush and Household Hazardous Waste Collection
|
Austin Resource Recovery (ARR) has changed how it offers bulk and brush collections to residential customers, which include single-family homes up to fourplexes in Austin. This took effect January 2025.
|
|
Household hazardous waste (HHW) collection was also launched as a new on-demand service to all ARR residential customers.
|
Schedule an appointment
|
Each service address can schedule up to three collections per service every calendar year. Collection will then reset at the beginning of the next year.
|
|
You can schedule an appointment for your address through the Austin Recycle app, online or by calling 3-1-1 (512-974-2000).
|
|
The scheduling system will show you which items or materials can be collected, and you'll need to select all the items you'll be setting out. After booking your appointment, you'll receive an email confirmation with details of your reservation. You'll also get an email reminder ahead of your appointment reminding you to set you items out by 5:30am on the appointment date. Appointments cannot be cancelled at 4pm on the business day before the scheduled collection.

Appointments are required for collection - items will not be picked up without one. Download the Austin Recycles app to receive notifications and service reminders.

A note about collection: The items are collected by different trucks and may be collected at different times throughout the day. However, if items are not collected by 4pm on your scheduled collection day, please call Austin Resource Recovery at 3-1-1 or send us an email after 4pm on the date of the missed collection and within 2 business days of the missed collection. They will pick up the missed items as soon as possible.

Parking Reminder
|
The parking spaces in front of the main mail center at the Swim Center are reserved for residents picking up their mail. No stopping/parking in front of the Swim Center, in the CDC parking spaces, Fire Zones, No Parking Zones, the crosshatch areas next to handicap parking spots or in any grassy areas. Some of the parking spaces are small, please ensure that your vehicle fits within the marked lines of one space. Additional parking is available along La Crosse Ave if there are not available spaces. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

HOA Assessments Fees Are Now Late
|
The first HOA assessment fee of this year was due in March. If you have not paid the first half of your yearly assessment fee, please do so at your earliest convenience. Remaining current with these dues allows residents access to the neighborhood amenities like the pools and Community Center.
|

If you did not receive an HOA assessment in the mail or cannot find your copy, please contact the Financial Office by phone at 512-451-9901 or via email at ashley@mgilescpa.com.

There are three options to make your assessment payment
|
- Mail your check to P.O. Box 163541, Austin TX 78716.
- Make your payment using Bill Pay through your financial institution (your account number is your property address).
- Us the "On-line payment option through the Circle C HOA website (there is a 2% convenience fee for this option).

HOA Reminders
|
Please respect our common areas, your neighbors yards and their personal space...remember that pets must be confined to an owner's property and leashed at all times if off property. It is the owner's responsibility per City of Austin code to pick up and properly dispose of pet debris. Additionally, pets noise should not become a nuisance or bother to other property owners. We also wanted to remind residents of the City of Austin leash laws. Your dog is required to be on a leash at all times when outside of your property. Please do your part to ensure that your pets are welcome members of our community.

- Do not park within 15-feet of a fire hydrant.
- Do not park within 20-feet of a crosswalk at an intersection.
- Do not park within 30-feet of a yield sign, stop sign or traffic signal.
- Do not park blocking a sidewalk with your vehicle.

Holiday Lights & Decorations Reminder - If you haven't already, please remove your holiday lighting and decorations per the rules in the governing documents (lights and decorations should be removed by January 15th).

Trash and Recycle Cart Storage - We understand that trash and recycle carts can be a challenge to store out of view and we are thankful that most residents are able to comply. Please keep in mind that the neighborhood of Circle C requires that all carts be stored out of view from the street. Storing them in the driveway is not permitted and on the side of your house without screening is not enough. Spring is the perfect time to plant full shrubbery to screen carts stored on the side of your home. If you are looking for another way to screen your carts from view, be sure to submit your project plans for review to the Architectural Committee. The City of Austin requires that carts are at the curb by 6:30am the morning of your pick up date (Monday for all Circle C) and put away no later than 10:00pm that same day. Bulk Brush pick up and Bulk pick up to "On Demand" service. To schedule your pick ups, click here to learn on how this works.

Irrigation Leak in Circle C? Please Report It!
|
If you notice an irrigation leak or a sprinkler head off in a common area and/or water in the street, please report it directly to the CCHOA office at 512-288-8663 or info@circlecranch.info. Please do not turn off the water or attempt to repair it yourself. This can cause additional damage to the irrigation system. When reporting an irrigation leak, please provide as much information on the location and cross streets. Thank you for your cooperation.
