At the July 29th Board Meeting, it was announcement that Dave Duryee resigned from the board. We are looking for one resident to serve out the rest of Dave Duryee’s 3-year term which ends March 2027.

- Supports proper financing
- Listens, takes duties seriously
- Honors rules, regulations and procedures
- Fulfills responsibilities
Commitment
- Typically, two hours per month for board meetings. . An additional two hours per month for emails/workshops.
- Report any potential conflicts of interest.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure the organization and the board are complying with all legal regulatory requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with issues that affect the organization.
How to Request a Candidate Questionnaire
Residents who are interested in completing the vacant board position term can submit their Candidate Questionnaire by clicking here or emailing info@circlecranch.info. All questionnaires need to be received by 5pm on Friday, August 14, 2026. The Board will review all questionnaires and appoint at an upcoming board meeting.
