The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2021. The Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 6:30pm. This meeting will be held via video conferencing (Zoom). Homeowners are able to join the meeting by clicking here. The Board of Directors welcomes questions during the Homeowner’s Forum, questions can be submitted to the HOA office by close of business on the Monday prior to the meeting and we will answer at the end of the meeting. Homeowners may sign up to speak for the Homeowners Forum at the start of the meeting by calling the HOA manager at 512-288-8663 or sending an email to email@example.com by close of business on the Friday before the meeting. Homeowners are given 3 minutes to address the board and need to provide an emailed written copy of their concerns. The Board of Directors will discuss the concern and respond at a later date.
Agendas will be posted in the “Board Meeting Agenda folder” under the Resource tab on the Friday prior to the meeting. Have questions about what happened at your last Association’s Board Meeting, well this folder has the answers. Simply select the past meeting’s minutes you wish to view or you can view the DRAFT minutes which will be approved at the next board meeting. If you would like a hard copy, please contact the HOA office at 512-288-8663. Minutes are generally posted a month following the meeting once they have been accepted.
