Non-Resident Guest Policies


 

  • Persons age 13 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or older at all times.
  • Facility entry is not permitted within 15 minutes of scheduled closing time.
  • Capacity limits are enforced. Residents are encouraged to call the facility prior to arrival to verify if space is available. Pool hours, addresses, and phone numbers can be found HERE.

 


 

The following guest policies are put in place by the Circle C Homeowners Association:

  • All non-resident guests must complete this Guest Registration Form online. This form must be submitted prior to entry into any Circle C Aquatics facility.
  • Circle C resident households are permitted a maximum of six (6) non-resident guests per day.
  • A guest pass must be purchased/used for each non-resident guest entry, regardless of age, and whether or not the guest will be swimming.
  • Grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren of Circle C residents may enter without purchasing/using a guest pass, however do count towards the maximum of six (6) non-resident guests.
  • Non-resident guests will check-in by name with the front desk staff upon entry.
  • Non-resident guests must be accompanied by a household member of their Circle C resident host at all times.
  • All non-resident guests ages thirteen (13) and younger must be accompanied by an adult age eighteen (18) or older at all times.
  • All non-resident guests entering any Circle C Aquatics facility must abide by the Pool Standards, Policies and Rules at all times. Any non-resident guest who violates the Pool Standards, Policies and Rules at any time may be asked to leave the facility without a refund. Circle C resident host households are responsible for the actions of their non-resident guests.
  • Guest Fees
    • Guest Pass – Single – $4
    • Guest Pass – 10-Pack – $35
    • Guest Pass – 25-Pack – $65

       

*Currently, we are only accepting payment by credit card. Cash/Checks are not accepted at this time.

 


 

Non-Resident Caregivers/Nannies

  • Non-resident caregivers/nannies are considered non-resident guests and are subject to all non-resident guest policies and fees.
  • Circle C residents have the option to add up to two (2) non-resident caregivers/nannies to their account at a monthly rate.
  • A Temporary Caregiver/Nanny Application must be submitted and approved to add a non-resident caregiver/nanny to a Circle C resident household account.
  • The online application can be found HERE.
  • Applications are subject to Circle C Aquatics management approval.
  • Approved caregivers/nannies will have access to the Aquatics Facilities for a period of thirty (30) days. Circle C residents are limited to a maximum of three (3) applications per year for a total of up to ninety (90) days of pool access.
  • Approved caregivers/nannies may enter the facility only with a household member of the Circle C resident host.
  • All patrons ages thirteen (13) and under must be accompanied by an adult age eighteen (18) or older at all times. Therefore, all caregivers/nannies must be age eighteen (18) or older to bring Circle C resident children ages thirteen (13) and younger to the facilities.
  • Approved caregivers/nannies will check in by name with the front desk staff upon arrival.
  • All caregivers/nannies entering any Circle C Aquatics facility must abide by the Pool Standards, Policies and Rules at all times. Any patron who violates the Pool Standards, Policies and Rules at any time may be asked to leave the facility without a refund. Circle C resident host households are responsible for the actions of their caregivers/nannies.
  • Caregivers/nannies are not permitted to bring non-resident guests to the facilities.
  • Cost:  $30 per caregiver/nanny per 30-day period

 


 

Non-Resident Temporary Houseguests

  • Non-resident houseguests staying in a Circle C residence are considered non-resident guests and are subject to all non-resident guest policies and fees.
  • Circle C residents have the option to add up to four (4) non-resident temporary houseguests to their account at a monthly rate.
  • A Temporary Houseguest Application must be submitted and approved to add a non-resident houseguest to a Circle C resident household account.
  • The request a Temporary Houseguest Application, please email the Aquatics Director at director@ccswim.net.
  • Applications are subject to Circle C Aquatics management approval.
  • Approved houseguests will have access to the Aquatics Facilities for a period of thirty (30) days. Circle C residents are limited to a maximum of three (3) applications per year for a total of up to ninety (90) days of pool access.
  • Approved houseguests may enter the facility with or without a household member of the Circle C resident host.
  • All patrons ages thirteen (13) and under must be accompanied by an adult age eighteen (18) or older at all times.
  • All houseguests entering any Circle C Aquatics facility must abide by the Pool Standards, Policies and Rules at all times. Any patron who violates the Pool Standards, Policies and Rules at any time may be asked to leave the facility without a refund. Circle C resident host households are responsible for the actions of their houseguests.
  • Houseguests are not permitted to bring non-resident guests to the facilities.
  • Cost:  $40 per houseguest per 30-day period
