Area Reservations for 2026 will be available during Summer and Fall Hours. Please check back for updates on when the Area Reservation Form will be live.
Want to host a birthday party during the day at the pool?
Circle C Aquatics offers Area Reservations in 2-hour time blocks during Summer and Fall hours. The cost is $100. This includes the ability to bring up to 20 non-resident guests for the 2-hour time block, after which all guests will need to exit the facility.
Area Reservation Policies can be found HERE. Please read over them carefully before submitting your request form.
Step 1. To see what time slots are offered at each pool, please click on the request form and select the pool you are interested in for more information.
Step 2. In order for your Reservation to be processed, you must have a card on file on your Aquatics Account. To access your Aquatics Account, click here. A walkthrough on how to log into your account can be found here. A walkthrough on how to add/update credit card information on your account can be found here.
Step 3. Contact us at customerservice@ccswim.net prior to submitting the form to verify that the time slot you want is available for booking.
Step 4. For Area Reservations taking place in FALL HOURS please submit the FALL AREA RESERVATION REQUEST FORM to request an Area Reservation and look for a response from customerservice@ccswim.net within 24 hours.

Facility Rentals

Submit this FACILITY RENTAL REQUEST FORM to request a Facility Rental.
Facility Rentals are available outside of Summer operating hours for a 2-hour time block. Pool hours can be found HERE. The cost varies by pool (information is provided on the Facility Rental Request Form).
