Area Reservations
Want to host a birthday party during the day at the pool?
Submit this AREA RESERVATION REQUEST FORM to request an Area Reservation.
Area Reservation Request Forms are only accepted during Summer hours. We will begin accepting Request Forms on June 3, 2024.
Area Reservations are in 2-hour time blocks. The cost is $100. This includes the ability to bring up to 20 non-resident guests.
Area Reservations may only be made by residents in good standing with the Circle C HOA.
In order to expedite the booking process, please ensure that you have a valid credit card on file within your Aquatics Account. To access your Aquatics Account, click here. Facility Rentals
Interested in booking one of the Aquatics Facilities for a private event outside of our normal operating hours?
Submit this FACILITY RENTAL REQUEST FORM to request a Facility Rental.
Facility Rental Request Forms are only accepted during Summer hours. We will begin accepting Request Forms on June 3, 2024.
Facility Rentals are available outside of operating hours for a 2-hour time block. The cost varies by pool (information is provided on the Facility Rental Request Form).
