Circle C Homeowners:

Step 1– Fill out a Resident Information Form. You may print one out and drop it off at any Aquatics Facilities, we have installed a drop box outside the Swim Center where these forms can be returned, or you can scan and email the Resident Information Form and Proof of Residency to us at customerservice@ccswim.net. Please note, all residents listed on the Resident Information Form must provide Proof of Residency (“POR”). A list of acceptable POR can be found HERE.

Step 2– Once your form and information have been processed by the Aquatics Staff, you will receive a Welcome email. Once you have received that email, register your account online with Daxko. This is where you can update your information should it change.

Step 3– Once that is done, stop by the Front Desk at the Swim Center to take your picture and obtain your individual membership ID card. Every member of the household will receive their own ID, however children under the age of 5 will not have their photo taken. Your membership ID card is required to access the amenities in the neighborhood. Please be sure to bring it with you every time you visit. Should you forget or lose your card you will need to purchase a new one for $3. If you would like to purchase multiple cards to use as extras you may do so. Each additional card will be $3.

Attention Renters! When your lease expires so will your membership card. It is our suggestion that you and the Homeowner/Leasing Agent complete the new form before your lease has expired to avoid being denied access to the pool.
