Amenity Access & Pool Tags


 

  • Persons age 13 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or older at all times.
  • Facility entry is not permitted within 15 minutes of scheduled closing time.
  • Capacity limits are enforced. Residents are encouraged to call the facility prior to arrival to verify if space is available. Pool hours, addresses, and phone numbers can be found HERE.

 


 

Pool access is limited to households paying dues of the Circle C HOA.

 

All residents must be checked in at the Front Desk upon entry using their individual Pool Tag, regardless of age.

Proof of Residency (“POR”) must be submitted in order to be added to an Aquatics account. You can find a list of acceptable POR HERE.

 


 

New to Circle C?

Register for your Pool Tag(s)  –  Fill out an online Pool Tag Registration Form.  Please note, all residents listed on the Pool Tag Registration Form must provide Proof of Residency (“POR”). A list of acceptable POR can be found HERE.

Set up your online Aquatics Account  –  Once your form and information have been processed by the Aquatics Staff, you will receive a Welcome email. Once you have received that email, set up your Aquatics Account online HERE. This is where you can update your information should it change.

Pick up your Pool Tag(s)  –  Once you have set up your online account, stop by the Front Desk at the Swim Center to have your photo taken and obtain your individual Pool Tag. Every member of the household will receive their own individual Pool Tag. Children under the age of 5 will not have their photo taken. Your Pool Tag is required to access any Circle C Aquatics Facility. Please be sure to bring it with you every time you visit. Should you forget or lose your Pool Tag, a replacement can be issued at any of the Pools.

Important information for renters/tenants:

If you are renting/leasing a home in Circle C, the homeowner must relinquish their amenity access to you, the renter. You will need to contact the homeowner and have them fill out the online Amenity Release Form.

You, the renter, must fill out the online Pool Tag Registration Form.

Pool Tags cannot be issued to renters until the Pool Tag Registration Form and the Amenity Release Form are both submitted.

 


 

Need to add a household member to your account?

Fill out an online Pool Tag Registration Form.  Please note, all residents listed on the Pool Tag Registration Form must provide Proof of Residency (“POR”). A list of acceptable POR can be found HERE. Once the form has been processed, the household member can pick up their Pool Tag at the Swim Center.

 


 

Currently a Circle C resident but moving to a new home within Circle C?

Fill out an online Pool Tag Registration Form.  Please note, all residents listed on the Pool Tag Registration Form must provide Proof of Residency (“POR”). A list of acceptable POR can be found HERE. Once the form has been processed, a confirmation will be sent. Your current Pool Tag(s) will be registered with the new Circle C address and can be used to access the Aquatics Facilities.
