Area Reservations
Want to host a party during the day at the Pool?
Circle C Aquatics offers Area Reservations in 2-hour time blocks during Summer and Fall hours.
Each Reservation is $100 and includes a reserved seating area on deck for your party and the ability to bring up to 20 Non-Resident Guests for the 2-hour time block.
Area Reservations may be booked by Circle C Residents who are fully registered and in good standing with the HOA.
Area Reservations for 2026 will be available during Summer and Fall Hours.

General Availability
*** Availability is subject to change. Area Reservations are not available during on Federal Holidays. Residents must log into their Pool Account to see full availability.
Booking Area Reservations
Step 1. Read through the Area Reservation Policies found here. By booking an Area Reservation, hosts acknowledge and agree to all policies.
Step 2. Review the general availability for each pool above. We recommend selecting a few dates/times to have in mind when booking.
Step 3. Log into your Pool Account here. A walkthrough on how to log into your account can be found here.
Step 4. Check if the times you chose are available and book your reservation. A walkthrough on how to make a reservation can be found here.
*** Payment is due at the time of booking. If the reservation is discarded before a payment is made, the reservation will not be completed. A spot will be blocked on the schedule for up to 10 minutes but will not be held, even if it appears in your reservations.
There is not a way to pay at this point to complete the transaction. You will need to wait up to 10 minutes for the reservation to be discarded, then book the reservation over again.
Facility Rentals
Interested in booking one of the Aquatics Facilities for a private event outside of our normal Summer operating hours?
Facility Rentals are available during Summer Hours outside of normal operating hours for a 2-hour time block.
The cost varies by pool (information is provided on the Facility Rental Request Form).
Booking Facility Rentals
Step 1. Read through the Facility Rental Policies found here. By booking a Facility Rental, hosts acknowledge and agree to all policies.
Step 2. Review the Pool Hours here. Facility Rentals must take place outside of normal operating hours. We recommend selecting a few dates/times to have in mind when booking.
Step 3. Review pricing on the Facility Rental Request Form here.
Step 4. Email coordinator@ccswim.net prior to submitting this form to check availability on the dates you have in mind.
Step 5. After receiving confirmation that there is availability, submit the Facility Rental Request Form. This is only a request form and submitting this form does not guarantee or confirm a reservation.
Step 6. You will receive an email from a management member with additional steps and information.
