The CCHOA will host the second Community Wide Garage Sale, Saturday, October 22nd.  Homeowners are encouraged to host their individual garage sales on this date.  We will be advertising the event (in print and on the internet) from 8am-5pm.  You will also be able to add your access to the garage sale map at

In addition to the garage sale, there will be electronic recycling provided by R2 Resource Recycling, paper shredding by Intel Armor and the Salvation Army will be available to take donations.  All these services will be available at the Community Center on Saturday, October 22nd from 10am-2pm.

R2 Resource Recycling will accept Monitors, TV’s, Computer, Laptops, Servers, Wire, Aluminum (no cans), Keyboards, Electronic Scrap Metal and Hard Drive Disks.

Intel Armor will be in the parking lot with their shredding truck for drive-up and shred on the spot service.  You drive up, open your door or trunk, hand off your shredding, and your papers are fed directly into the shredder.  Each resident may bring three standard size boxes (16x12x10) or personal records to shred.  Paper clips, staples and small binder clips are permitted.  Ring binders and books are NOT permitted.

The Salvation Army will be here to take gently used clothing, furniture, household items and appliances.  Appliances include air conditions, dryers, Electric/gas stoves, heaters, microwaves, refrigerators (working), Color TV’s (working) and washing machines.
