The Board of Directors meeting is held on the last Wednesday of the month. The Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 6:30pm. This meeting will be held via video conferencing (Zoom). Homeowners are able to join the meeting by clicking here. Homeowners may sign up to speak for the Homeowners Forum at the start of the meeting by calling the HOA manager at 512-288-8663 or sending an email to email@example.com. Homeowners are given 3 minutes to address the board and are asked to submit a written copy of their concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Board of Directors will discuss the concern and respond at a later date.

Simply select the past meeting’s minutes you wish to view or you can view the DRAFT minutes which will be approved at the next board meeting. If you would like a hard copy, please contact the HOA office at 512-288-8663. Minutes are generally posted a month following the meeting once they have been accepted.
