We are excited to announce that electronic billing was sent out for the 2nd 2025 Semi Annual Assessment billing on July 1st.  If we did not have a good email for you, your statements were mailed on July 1st.  For 2026, the 1st Assessment email will be send out on February 1st and due by March 1st and the 2nd Assessment email will be send on July 1st and due by August 1st.  For those that we have good email addresses for, you will receive your 2nd 2025 Semi Annual bill in your email.  If you would like the invoices to go to another email or to opt in to receive your Assessment Statements by USPS mail, please click here.  Bills will be emailed from info-circlecranch.info@shared1.ccsend.com.  Please add this email address to your address book so that your statement does not end up in your spam folder.  If you have any questions, please email ashley@mgilescpa.com.
