Statements for the second half of the annual assessments were emailed on July 1st (if we have your email). Reminder emails were sent July 29th at :00am. For residents for which we don’t have an email, the statements were mailed via USPS on July 1st, and they should be in your mailbox.

If you would like the invoices to go to another email or to opt in to receive future assessment statements by USPS mail, click here. - You can make your payment one of three ways:
Pay your dues online through the Associations website at www.circlecranch.com. If you make your payment through the website, select the “Online Payment” button at the bottom of the page, then choose “Select Options”. This is where you will enter the amount of your payment and your property address (Please note – $0.00 is the placeholder only – please type the amount on the statement). If you do not know the amount owed, please contract the financial office at ashley@mgilescps.com or 512-451-9901. - Make your payment through Bill Pay through your financial institution (Your account number is your property address.
- Mail your payment to P.O. Box 163541, Austin TX 78716. Please do not staple your invoice to your check.
