At the November 29, 2023 Board meeting, the board approved moving forward with the replastering and repairs of the pool. Replacement of the pool filters was approved at the October Board meeting. At the December 11, 2023 Special Board meeting, the board approved renovating the restrooms at the facility. What does this mean for the residents?
Starting January 2, 2024, the Swim Center will be closed for renovations mentioned above. It is expected that these renovations will take 8-10 weeks to complete. It is our goal to have the swim center renovations complete and ready to open by Spring Break 2024.
